Reading and acceptance of the privacy policy of AGAPI-MU (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) is a necessary condition for the use of the services of the Website. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information of the users of the Web Site from the date of entry into force that appears at the end of the present Terms of Use.

It does not apply to any other URL which can be accessed from the Web site, which will have its own policy in relation to the collection of data and their use.

With service providers

There are third parties that manage part of the Website services such as advertising, surveys, commercial operations, etc. to them AGAPI-MU requires them to comply with this Privacy Policy in the applicable to them and they should have their own; however, AGAPI-MU will not be responsible for the implementation of this policy.

Under some circumstances AGAPI-MU may share the Personal Information, Use, preserve or disclose it, for example to cooperate with the competent authorities in the following cases:

AGAPI-MU is concerned to defend the right to privacy of the users.
