Payment

All products are property of AGAPI-MU until the whole amount of the invoice has been paid. The invoiced price will be the price that was established on the website on the date and time of the purchase, including the shipping costs and taxes applied. To improve security when shopping with us, all information sent by us is encrypted and all third party services in the website are SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certified.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Credit cards: VISA and MasterCard  through the encrypted system which is SSL certified.
• Paypal: It is an independent payment system which we offer as an alternative to the previous method and it accepts a wide range of payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and e-cheques. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make the payment.

Shipping and delivery

All purchases in the European Union will be processed within 5 – 10 working days, from Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays are excluded. All purchases made during the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day. The buyer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. In the case of domestic orders the deadline for receiving your purchase in AGAPI-MU goes from 2 to 4 business days, once the order has already been processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included for orders over 200€ to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands), Sweden and United Kingdom.

Shipping costs for orders under than 200€ are:

 9,50 € – Spain (only peninsula) and  Portugal

14,50 € – Balearic Islands

15,00 € – France, Italy and United Kingdom

20,00 € – Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden

Due to  Canary Islands customs procedures, shipping costs will be 23 € in all orders.

Shipping costs to another destination will appear when you formalize the purchase. In case of doubt, please contact us: info@agapi-mu.com. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Prices are fixed in euros and do not include the fees of the taxes that can be loaded for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer in their country of residence. The information concerning shipments and prices may be subject to changes.

Purchases outside the European Union

In order to know the shipments costs in countries out of the European Union, please contact us: info@agapi-mu.com. Our team will provide you all relevant information as soon as possible.

Purchases made outside of the European Union may be subjected to additional taxes. The buyer will be responsible for the payment of these taxes. For more information, please contact your local consumer office. In the case of international orders, it is estimated a delivery period of 5 to 10 working days, counting from the date on which the order has already been processed. Processing will take between 5 – 10 working days.  The delivery period does not include possible delays in customs procedures.

AGAPI-MU will not be responsible for any possible delays in the delivery of the products.  

Discounts, coupons and vouchers

After choosing your item and your order is completed having chosen the size and color, you will be directed to the payment page. You must introduce the code of your coupon, discount/voucher in the right field. After introducing the code you must click on “Apply”.

Force Majeure

AGAPI-MU will not be responsible for not being able to comply with its obligations if events occur which are not in AGAPI-MU´s control, including events of any type such as changing trade laws, conflicts, repossessions, floods, fires, sabotages, accidents, wars and natural disasters.
